Privacy & your enquiry

Tell us only what we need to understand your business idea. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information.

How the brief works

Your brief stays in your browser until you click Send enquiry. The website then sends your name, email, optional phone number and project details to hello@bizlounge.com.au through our Google Workspace email service. We do not store briefs in a separate website customer database. Temporary hashed identifiers help limit spam and duplicate submissions. You can also copy, download or send the brief using your own email app.

When you email our team

Your email and the details you include are handled by your email provider and our email service. We use enquiries to understand your request, reply and prepare a proposal. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Website services

The site does not add advertising pixels or analytics scripts. The hosting service may process technical information such as IP addresses and access logs to operate and secure the website. External portfolio links take you to separate websites with their own practices.

Questions and requests

Contact our team to ask about information you have sent, request a correction or discuss deletion. Any retention needed for agreed work or business records will be considered when responding.

Pre-launch notice: the operating entity, business contact details and final provider/retention information are being confirmed before public launch. This notice will be updated if the enquiry system changes.
